You getPractice profile and approved messaging boundaries

You getPrioritized partner list
We share one consistent, practice-approved message with those partners on a steady schedule. Same facts every time.

How we charge
We quote after the first call. You’ll see the fee, the scope and the term on paper before you sign anything.
Flat fee or hourly
Each engagement is billed as a flat fee (per project or per month) or at an hourly rate. Nothing else.
Set in advance, in writing
Fees and scope are fixed in a signed written marketing services agreement before any work begins. We aim for an initial term of at least one year.
Fair market value
Rates reflect fair market value for professional marketing services and the work we actually do.
Never tied to referrals
Our fees are never based on the volume or value of referrals, patients, leads or appointments, or on a percentage of your revenue. They don’t change with results.
A steady rhythm is what keeps a practice remembered.
It’s a form of medical marketing. We help the clinicians, facilities and care teams around you understand what your practice does and how to reach you. In practice that means researching the right partners, giving them clear and accurate information, and following up on a schedule so you stay top of mind.
No. We never buy, sell, broker or pay for patient referrals, and we never offer anything of value to anyone in exchange for referrals. Our work is professional education and communication. Referral decisions belong to clinicians and their patients.

No. We don’t offer gifts, meals, entertainment, payments or anything else of value to referral sources or their staff. The outreach is information, nothing more.
No. We work with practices where professional referrals are a real way patients find care, and where we can describe the services accurately. We’ll tell you on the call if we don’t think we’re a fit. Clinical laboratories and addiction-treatment or recovery programs are outside our scope.
Yes. Our email, fax and direct-mail outreach follows CAN-SPAM and the TCPA / Junk Fax Prevention Act, and we honor every opt-out request. Fax and email are permission-based. Every fax carries a first-page opt-out and every email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We don’t run mass or unsolicited fax blasts.
No. This website does not accept patient referrals, patient information, or medical records. Referring clinicians should send referrals directly to your practice through your own intake process.
No. We don’t promise or claim to generate referrals or patients. Clinicians and their patients make referral decisions on their own. What we commit to is organized, consistent outreach and an honest report on the work.
We reply to set up a short strategy call. We’ll ask about your practice, services and goals, and tell you honestly whether a structured outreach program makes sense. If it does, we send a written scope and fee before any work starts. No obligation.
