1. Acceptance

This website is operated by Northline Referral Partners ([Legal Entity Name]) (“Northline Referral Partners,” “we,” “us”). By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Business audience; not medical advice

This site is for medical practices and their business representatives. Nothing on it is medical, legal or compliance advice, and nothing on it should be used to make decisions about patient care.

3. No guarantee of referrals or results

Northline Referral Partners provides medical marketing and professional outreach services, such as research, educating potential referral partners about a practice’s services, materials, and follow-up. We don’t guarantee any number of referrals, patients or financial outcomes. Clinicians and their patients make all referral decisions independently.

4. Compliance commitments

We do not offer, pay, solicit or receive remuneration in exchange for referrals. Our compensation is a flat fee or hourly rate that is never based on the volume or value of referrals, patients or leads, or on a percentage of revenue. We do not provide gifts, meals or anything of value to referral sources, and we never request or handle patient information. We don’t accept patient referrals through this website. Our email, fax and direct-mail outreach follows CAN-SPAM and the TCPA / Junk Fax Prevention Act, and we honor every opt-out request.

5. Do not submit patient information

You agree not to submit protected health information or any patient information through this site.

6. Engagements, fees, and term

We provide services only under a separate written marketing services agreement, signed before work begins, which controls over these Terms. That agreement (a) describes all services to be provided; (b) sets compensation in advance as a flat fee or an hourly rate consistent with fair market value; (c) provides for an initial term of at least one year; and (d) states that compensation does not take into account the volume or value of any referrals or business generated, and is not a percentage of fees, revenues or profits. Fees are quoted for each engagement in that agreement. Clinical laboratories and addiction-treatment or recovery programs are outside the scope of our services.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, graphics and the Northline Referral Partners name and logo, belongs to Northline Referral Partners or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes but may not copy or reuse the content commercially without our permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” for general information. We try to keep it accurate but make no warranties about its completeness or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Northline Referral Partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
